and we'll show you everything you get
with this one of a kind hotel experience.
Stepping into the lobby, you're instantly greeted
by The Mark Hotel's carefully
curated art collection.
The distinctive black and white style was created
by renowned French designer, Jacques Grange.
Taking the elevator upstairs,
you'll find the jewel of The Mark Hotel.
The Penthouse Suite,
which occupies the top two floors.
With over 12,000 square feet
of private living and outdoor space,
staying here is like having your own private mansion
in New York City.
The suite is available all year round,
but its most iconic moment
is during the Met Gala where A-list celebrities
and fashion designers use the space to prepare
for the big event.
It's the perfect setting
for last minute alterations,
pre-gala drinks, and photo shoots
before heading up Fifth Avenue to the red carpet.
Entering the suite, you'll find the great room
which boasts 26 foot tall ceilings.
It's a luxurious living space
that can also be converted into a grand ballroom.
It's been used for private performances
like The Nutcracker
and the Phantom of the Opera.
All the custom furniture was designed
by Jacques Grange and is entirely unique
to the hotel.
The grand piano is a centerpiece in the space
and The Mark Hotel will even
provide a concert pianist to perform
for you and your guests.
There are six bathrooms and two powder rooms
in the suite.
In the primary bathroom, you'll find black
and white marble that mimics the lobby
of the hotel, heated floors and towel racks
and infinity soaking tub and a steam shower,
along with smaller details
like the charming illustrations
on the shampoo bottles
by French artist Jean-Philippe Delhomme.
Five bedrooms, all feature Italian linens,
and the primary suite
includes a dual-sided fireplace that passes
through to a private sitting room.
The chef's kitchen
features state-of-the-art appliances
from Sub-Zero, Gaggenau, [indistinct] and Bosch.
But if cooking isn't your thing,
you can have a privately catered four course feast
by Michelin Star Chef Jean-Georges
for you and your guests in the grand dining room.
The private library is a wonderful place
to read, play games, or just unwind
by another one of the suites' four fireplaces
with a drink.
Moving from the library,
we enter the atrium
with its custom built grand staircase,
and upstairs you'll find the solarium
and the private terrace.
It boasts 2,500 square feet of living space
where you can lounge, entertain,
or enjoy meals with views of Central Park
and the New York City skyline.
In the wintertime, the terrace is converted
into a private skating rink for you
and your guests to enjoy.
